Jigsaw Puzzle
Remember those hot summer days lying back on the warm grass looking up at the sky, busting up the clouds to find amazing things hidden in the shapes. This acrylic painting is the result of several attempts at creating random clouds and developed into this nice warm reminder when I was young and had the time and imagination to just enjoy the beauty around me. Whats in your sky today?
DABigelow spent half of his working a career as a tool and die maker working with technical drawings and the other half as a technology teacher helping students draw, render and create concept designs. . David Currently lives in Hamilton Ontario for more information visit Becoming the artist DAB blog . Just as physical limitations directed me away from a precision applied work life of a tool and die making to the explorative educational life of a technology teacher, recent changes have pushed me from the physical traveler to the metal surveyor where I visit these locations as I step into my paintings as I create them. Painting is about not giving in to what is around you but creating what you want. .
